For the last 26 years Mike’s world was in top corporations like Johnson & Johnson and Northern Trust as well as building successful businesses. His work included all aspects of sales and marketing, sales training, management, risk management, bank consulting, and portfolio management.  Having built and sold two businesses along the way, Mike brings expertise in areas of focused business strategy, intelligent return of investment, decision making, succession planning and business valuation. Mike understands what investments will maximize return on equity for a business owner and has knowledge in the key metrics that businesses rise and fall on.

For the last three years Mike participated in a cutting edge leadership development program. He worked alongside and was mentored by some of the top business and ministry leaders in the country while getting his Master’s Degree in Leadership from Bethel University.  He also has a Bachelors degree in Sports Medicine/Business from Illinois State University.  Mike focuses on merging the vocational, spiritual, and relational components of life into a healthy Christ centered life and authentic leadership style.

Mike brings his experience and extensive professional network to focus on building C12 Groups in the Chicago-land market.

Mike has been married to his wife Janet for 25 years and they have three beautiful daughters, Kelsey, Sarah and Anna. The values he and his family live by are Love God, Family first, work hard, tell the truth and be kind. They make their home in Hoffman Estates, Illinois and are members of Willow Creek Community Church in So. Barrington, Illinois.
