I’m glad to report that Drake Resource Group (DRG) clients are not listening to the current economic reports of doom and gloom. As a matter of fact, only one of our clients has chosen to postpone their first quarter projects while our other clients are forging ahead. What we’re seeing for new learning experiences in 2009 is a focus on e-learning development and webinars to keep training moving forward while minimizing expenses.

I agree with this approach. It is absolutely critical to take a second and even a third look at learning expenses. As you do so, keep in mind that it can take more time, energy, and resources to stop and start back up at a future date than to progress at a slower pace. I’m very grateful that the majority of our clients understand that learning is an ongoing process that should continue at a reasonable pace.

DRG doesn’t fear these turbulent times either.
